1. Respect for Intellectual Property

MyFactory respects trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design rights. Factories may only list products they have the right to sell. Do not use another company's brand name, logo, photos, videos, or product designs without permission. Counterfeit and replica products are prohibited (see Product Listing Policy).

2. How to Report an Infringement

If you believe a factory listing, video, or photo infringes your rights, write to info@ChinaBazaar.com with:

• Your name, company (if any), and contact email.
• Proof of your rights (for example, a trademark registration, or the original work and where it was published).
• The exact link to the infringing listing or video.
• Why it infringes your rights, in plain words.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

3. What Happens Next

We review every report. If the report is complete and the infringement is clear, we remove or disable the listing or video and notify the factory. If the report is incomplete, we ask for the missing information before acting. Reports are handled in the order they arrive; complex cases (for example, patent disputes) may take longer.

4. Counter-Notice

A factory whose content was removed may respond with a counter-notice: proof that it has the right to the content (for example, a licence, authorisation, or its own registration) and an explanation of why the removal was wrong. We review the counter-notice and the original report together. If the factory's evidence is convincing, we restore the content and inform the reporter.

5. Repeat Infringers

Factories with three confirmed serious infringements (for example, counterfeit goods) within 12 months lose their account permanently. General infringements are tracked per case; repeated violations lead to warnings, suspension, and then termination. Between actions, a factory may be asked to complete an intellectual-property training step before listing again.

6. Misuse

False or bad-faith reports harm honest sellers. Anyone who knowingly files a false report may lose the right to report, and their own account may face action. Report only infringements of rights you actually hold.

7. Our Trademarks

"ChinaBazaar", "MyFactory", and our logos are our property. Do not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without our written permission. You may use the name "ChinaBazaar.com MyFactory" to refer to the Service truthfully.
