Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, browsing, or using ChinaBazaar.com MyFactory ("MyFactory", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, Product Listing Policy, Intellectual Property Rights Protection, Legal Notice, Privacy Preferences, and Integrity & Compliance documents. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

MyFactory is operated by GDTM International İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ChinaBazaar", "we", "us"). MyFactory is a video-first marketplace that connects buyers with manufacturers in China. We provide the platform; we are not a party to the commercial deals between buyers and factories.

3. Accounts

• You may hold one account. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Register with truthful information. If your information changes, update it.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with a parent or guardian.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us at info@ChinaBazaar.com.

4. Membership

Watching factory videos is free. Liking, sharing, commenting, and viewing factory contact details require a registered account. Contacting a factory and sending a quote request require an active membership. Membership costs 5 USD per month (30 days) or 60 USD per year (365 days). Renewal is manual: we never charge you automatically. Membership is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your profile, messages, and quote requests.
• Use the Service for lawful business purposes only.
• Do not post false, misleading, or infringing content. Do not post content that violates sanctions, export-control, or forced-labour laws.
• Do not copy, scrape, or resell platform data. Do not interfere with the Service, probe its security, or use automated tools to harvest content.
• Factories are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, videos, prices, stock, and certificates.

6. Transactions

Deals are made directly between you and the factory. We do not guarantee the quality, delivery, or legality of any product, and we are not responsible for payments, shipping, customs, or taxes on your deal. Before you commit, verify the factory, request samples, and agree on payment, delivery, and inspection terms in writing. Report suspected fraud to info@ChinaBazaar.com.

7. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you post (comments, messages, reviews, ratings). By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and store it as needed to run the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: commit fraud; impersonate anyone; publish counterfeit or infringing listings; manipulate ratings, views, likes, or reviews; send spam; harass other users; upload malware; or help anyone break these Terms.

9. Enforcement

If you break these Terms, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate your account — and, for serious or repeated violations, terminate related accounts. We may keep records needed for legal and safety purposes. Termination does not cancel obligations that already arose (for example, payment for a membership period already used).

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the membership fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gaziantep, Türkiye.
