Product Listing Policy

1. Basis

Every factory on MyFactory is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its own listings: factory profile, product videos, photos, descriptions, specifications, prices, minimum order quantity (MOQ), stock, capacity, and certificates. These rules are not exhaustive. We may update them at any time, and we may remove any listing that we believe violates them.

2. Listing Accuracy

• Describe the product truthfully: real name, real specifications, real MOQ, real stock, and real capacity.
• Photos and videos must show the actual product. Do not use another factory's images, stock photos presented as your own product, or misleading before/after images.
• Certificates (CE, ISO, RoHS, FCC, BSCI, REACH, and others) may only be shown if they are valid and belong to your factory and product.
• Do not hide material facts: defects, restrictions, required licences, or conditions that affect the buyer's decision.

3. Prohibited Products

The following may not be listed or promoted on MyFactory:

• Counterfeit, replica, or infringing products (see Intellectual Property Rights Protection).
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and parts designed for them.
• Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
• Hazardous chemicals, poisons, and materials that are unsafe to ship.
• Products made with forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking.
• Stolen goods, and goods whose sale violates a court order.
• Live animals, human remains, and human organs.
• Personal data, hacked accounts, or tools for wrongdoing (malware, lock-picking tools, surveillance tools for unlawful use).
• Pornographic content, and products that exploit children.
• Goods from sanctioned persons, entities, or destinations, and goods that would violate applicable sanctions or export controls.
• Currency, counterfeit documents, and forged certificates.
• Any product whose sale is illegal in China, in Türkiye, or in the destination country.

4. Restricted Products (Proof Required)

These may be listed only with valid, verifiable licences or approvals provided before listing:

• Medical devices and diagnostic products.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Fireworks and pyrotechnics.
• Police, military, and security equipment.
• Tobacco-processing equipment.
• Dermal fillers and injectable cosmetic products.

5. Sanctions & Export Control

Factories must not offer goods to sanctioned destinations or sanctioned persons, and must comply with applicable export-control rules for restricted technology and dual-use goods. We may block listings and accounts to comply with sanctions law.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to: removal of the listing or video, a warning, suspension of listing rights, suspension or termination of the account, and — for serious or repeated violations — termination of related accounts. Factories may appeal by writing to info@ChinaBazaar.com with the listing details and supporting documents.

7. Report a Violating Listing

If you see a listing that breaks this policy, write to info@ChinaBazaar.com with the factory name, the listing or video link, and why it violates this policy. We review every report.
