ChinaBazaar.com MyFactory ("MyFactory") is operated by GDTM International İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("ChinaBazaar", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what choices you have. Contact: info@ChinaBazaar.com.

1. What We Collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in readable form).
• Profile data: the name you choose to display.
• Activity on the Service: factory likes, favourites, comments, ratings, CBAI messages (including images you send), quote requests, delivery addresses you save, orders you place, and your membership status and plan.
• Device and browser data: language and theme choices, stored in your browser's local storage (see Privacy Preferences). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on MyFactory.
• Payments: membership payments are processed by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number.

2. How We Use It

• To run the Service: sign-in, profiles, videos, likes, favourites, comments, messages, quotes, orders, and membership.
• To keep the Service safe: prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and violations of our policies.
• To answer your requests and support you.
• To improve the Service: aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example, how many times a video was watched).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed:

• With service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, payment processing) — they may use it only for that purpose.
• With a factory, only the information you choose to send it (for example, your quote request or your CBAI message).
• With authorities, when the law requires it or to protect safety.

4. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred, it is protected under this policy and applicable law.

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data while your account is active; messages, quotes, and orders for as long as the law or legitimate business needs require; local-storage choices until you clear them. You may ask us to delete your account data (see Your Rights).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may ask us to: show you the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; or give you a copy. Write to info@ChinaBazaar.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

7. Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections, and secure password storage. No system is perfect: keep your password secret and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Children

MyFactory is a business service for users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, use it only with a parent or guardian.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in the Service.
